Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an HR Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function in Manchester and provide strong HR leadership to the Site Leadership Team and line managers.

You will manage all aspects of employee relations, drive improvements in attendance, engagement and retention, ensure policy compliance, monitor HR KPIs and support training, development and succession planning across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working within manufacturing or FMCG/food production environments.
• CIPD qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function.
• Provide strong HR leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team and line managers.
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and investigations.
• Drive improvements in attendance, engagement, performance and retention.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the site.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Support training, development and succession planning across the site.
