Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a market-leading manufacturer in Nottinghamshire. The role is hybrid, with three days on site, and initially a contract that will move to permanent in January 2027.

You will support two sites, working autonomously and collaborating closely with a proactive leadership team. The role covers employee relations, performance management, recruitment, engagement initiatives, absence management, policy implementation

Qualifications

• Lead HR contact for operational warehouse/manufacturing sites.
• Experience with employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management.
• Experience in operational, warehouse, manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the lead HR contact for operational warehouse / manufacturing sites
• Supporting managers and leadership teams with all employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management
• Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives across the sites
• Hybrid role 3 days on site
