Michael Page are recruiting a HR Business Partner for a Northampton-based manufacturing organisation. The role supports operations and commercial divisions in a fast-paced, changeable environment, delivering commercially focused HR guidance and handling a broad range of people matters.

The role offers hybrid working circa 3 days onsite per week, with potential for progression in a successful matrix organisation. Up to £55,000 with bonus and career development opportunities.

Michael Page are excited to partner with a very successful manufacturing organisation based in Northampton to appoint for a HR Business Partner to join a busy team.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days onsite and 2 home per week.

Description

The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced position, supporting a wide range of stakeholders including both operations and commercial divisions.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide commercially focused HR advise and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders
• Work with a range of HR leaders and shared-service teams to provide first-class support to the organisation on all people matters
• Take responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework including complex matters
• Lead on a range of change management projects such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE
• Work with HR leadership to continuously improve HR policies and procedures
• Support with a range of HR projects and initiatives
• Work with the SLT to embed the people strategy Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background as a HR Business Partner, ideally within a large, complex, matrix organisation.

You will be comfortable working within a changeable and fast-paced setting playing a pivotal role in the improvement and evolution of the HR function
