Michael Page are excited to partner with a very successful manufacturing organisation based in Northampton to appoint for a HR Business Partner to join a busy team. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days onsite and 2 home per week.

The role supports a wide range of stakeholders across operations and commercial divisions, taking on employee relations casework and leading on change projects such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE, while collaborating with HR leadership to improve

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused HR advise and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders
• Work with a range of HR leaders and shared-service teams to provide first-class support to the organisation on all people matters
• Take responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework including complex matters
• Lead on a range of change management projects such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE
• Work with HR leadership to continuously improve HR policies and procedures
• Support with a range of HR projects and initiatives
• Work with the SLT to embed the people strategy

Job Description

The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced position, supporting a wide range of stakeholders including both operations and commercial divisions.
Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide commercially focused HR advise and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background as a HR Business Partner, ideally within a large, complex, matrix organisation.
You will be comfortable working within a changeable and fast-paced setting playing a pivotal role in the improvement and evolution of the HR function
