Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Kettering to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across the business. You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and HR admin, while assisting the HR Manager with broader people initiatives.

The role is hands-on and requires strong communication, organisation and attention to detail to support managers and employees through the full employee lifecycle in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Solid understanding of UK Employment Law.
• Experience managing employee relations, onboarding, and payroll support.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process with direct applicants and agencies.
• Coordinate inductions and onboarding of new starters.
• Prepare HR documentation including contracts, offers, variations, and leavers.
