Salary: starting £28,900 and rising to £30,400 when role triggers are met + 20% shift allowance
Career Development: You’ll have a structured development plan with regular pay increases as you complete training and build new skills. Your progression is performance-driven, and within 2–3 years you could advance to the next grade, starting at £35,200 and rising to £39,000.
Location: Desford, Leicestershire
Contracts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term (20 months)
Hours: Shift: Mon–Wed: 16:30–02:30, Thu: 16:30–02:00

You will be of a highly focused team of Engineers and Technicians within the Manufacturing Engineering department whose work leads the implementation of the latest manufacturing technologies and introducing the latest machines.

Travel: up to 5% with this role within the UK may include other facilities as and when required
