Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone and via email.

• Help prepare customer quotations and associated documentation.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Track customer requests and follow up outstanding enquiries where required.
• Keep customers updated regarding their orders and requests.
• Maintain accurate customer information and internal records.
