Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from retailers and handle general enquiries.
• Process customer orders received via fax, telephone or email.
• Issue pro-forma invoices, order acknowledgements and other admin tasks.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and distribution for timely product delivery.
• Calculate discounts and carriage costs for orders.
