Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from retailers regarding orders and general enquiries.
• Process customer orders via fax, telephone, or email.
• Issue Pro-forma invoices, order acknowledgements, and perform general administration.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and distribution partners to ensure timely product distribution.
• Calculate discounts and carriage costs for customer orders.
