Job summary

Office Angels represents a dynamic manufacturing and production client seeking a Business Development Manager in Wrotham. This permanent, office-based role offers £28,000–£32,000 per annum plus bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service offerings. You will also prepare compelling proposals and negotiate profitable contracts, travelling as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, preferably in manufacturing/production.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strategic mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
