Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries from passengers and travel trade partners.
• Create and amend airline bookings, including ancillaries and seat requests.
• Issue and reissue tickets and EMDs using Amadeus.
• Manage fare calculations, including automatic and manual fare builds.
• Process payments, invoices, refunds, upgrades and rerouting requests.
• Support group bookings and tour operator allocations.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations.
• Liaise with the airline’s local management team and Head Office.
• Deliver excellent customer service by telephone, email and face-to-face.

I’m currently working with a leading international aviation services company that is looking to appoint a Mandarin-speaking Reservations & Ticketing Agent to support one of its major airline clients in London.

Job Title: Mandarin-speaking Reservations & Ticketing Agent

Location: Liverpool Street/Moorgate, London

Work Style: Full-time, office-based

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
