Unknown Airline Services in London is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join a friendly, multicultural team. The role focuses on Amadeus-based bookings, fare calculations and e-ticketing, supporting a major airline client in London. Office-based, full-time with 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements include fluent Mandarin, strong English, 2+ years in airline reservations, and proficiency with Amadeus and fare/e-ticketing concepts. Salary up to £29,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin: speaking, reading and writing.
• Good written and spoken English.
• At least two years experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
• Strong experience using Amadeus.
• Good knowledge of airline fares and e-ticketing.
• Confident handling ticket changes, reissues and customer enquiries.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries from passengers and travel trade partners.
• Create and amend airline bookings, including ancillaries and seat requests.
• Issue and reissue tickets and EMDs using Amadeus.
• Manage fare calculations, including automatic and manual fare builds.
• Process payments, invoices, refunds, upgrades and rerouting requests.
• Support group bookings and tour operator allocations.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations.
• Liaise with the airline’s local management team and Head Office.
• Deliver excellent customer service by telephone, email and face-to-face.
