Job summary

April Quest Ltd in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Executive fluent in Mandarin to support customers in China and Southeast Asia. You will work with Regional Sales Managers, customers, and internal UK teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving in a fast-paced environment.

Regular overseas travel is not expected, with occasional travel possible. Strong Mandarin and English skills, customer service experience, and cultural understanding of China are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Mandarin language skills, native & fluent.
• Good understanding of Chinese culture and business expectations.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills and understanding of UK business culture.
• Able to work at pace, manage changing priorities and respond quickly to demanding customer sales requirements.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin-speaking customer support to China and SEA regions.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, customers and internal UK teams to resolve issues and move orders.
• Travel occasionally if needed.
