ELP Consult Ltd. in London is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Regional Sales Operations Manager to lead country-level strategy and build a robust sales-operations framework.

You will align regional plans with global objectives, drive revenue growth, and coordinate across sales, marketing, products, and finance to optimize performance. The role requires 5–10 years in business ops or sales analytics, strong data skills, and fluency in English with native Chinese capability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in business operations or sales analytics; multinational or tech startup experience preferred.
• Excellent data analysis skills; act as a consultant to provide solutions based on real business needs.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and negotiation skills; able to influence key stakeholders.
• Rich knowledge in pipeline management, key customer management, partner management, and industry understanding.
• Experience in building a sales operations management system; cloud industry experience preferred.
• Native Chinese speaker or proficient in Chinese, with fluent English for collaboration with teams in China.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and land country-level overseas business strategy, build and streamline the sales-operations system, and work with regional sales teams to drive overseas revenue growth.
• Develop regional sales development strategies and operation plans; achieve business development and operation indicators.
• Manage key customers and partners; oversee customer pipeline with sales and technical architect teams.
• Provide regular market insights, identify new channel opportunities, and suggest optimization measures.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, products, finance to drive business.
• Provide feedback from customers and sales teams to backend teams; support channel policy implementation.
