Get Recruited Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Sales Administrator/Coordinator to join an established business with a busy order book. You will manage the sales order process from initial enquiry to delivery, liaising with merchandising, warehouse, distribution and quality control to ensure delivery targets are met and customers receive excellent service.

The role requires strong organisation, initiative and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in sales administration or customer service is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
• Process and manage customer sales orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and deliveries are on track.
• Build relationships with existing account customers and promote products over the phone.
