Inicio Group Ltd is seeking a Service Manager (Supported Accommodation) to lead a dedicated team in Manchester (M16). You will oversee safe, nurturing homes and champion high-quality care for young people, guiding staff through supervision, training, and development while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborative partnership with external agencies.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, policy implementation, and empowering young people to develop life skills and transition to adulthood.

Competenze

• Diploma Level 3/4 in Children, Young People and Families required or equivalent.
• Level 5 in Children, Young People and Families Manager or willingness to undertake.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children's social care, supported accommodation or similar.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safeguarding and child protection.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, young people and families.

• Lead and supervise the support team; conduct supervisions, probations and appraisals.
• Develop and implement support and safety plans tailored to each young person.
