Inicio Group Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Service Manager for our supported accommodation services in England. You will work with the Supported Accommodation Manager to run homes, ensure high standards of care and compliance, and directly support young people, while nurturing development and aspirations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safeguarding expertise, and active involvement in decision-making within a supportive team and organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 3/4 in Children, Young People and Families practitioner.
• Must hold or be willing to work Level 5 in CYF Manager or undertake this.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children's social care or related setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the home.
• Oversee and tailor support and safety intervention plans.
• Build relationships with young people, families and external agencies.
• Champion the ECHO program ensuring young voices are central.
• Support colleague development through training and guidance.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as deputy to the Service Manager.
• Promote education, personal development and life skills.
