Job summary

Consultants 24 Limited is seeking a Care Manager to join a new venture in Manchester. You will oversee day-to-day operations in a Supported Living service, leading and supporting a dedicated staff team to deliver safe, person-centred care.

You will work with the owner on service development, quality assurance and liaising with commissioners and external professionals, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and safeguarding while building strong relationships for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in management in Supported Living or similar services.
• Knowledge of CQC/Supported Living requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job description

One of our clients is looking for a Care Manager to join him on a new venture. The Supported Living business is set up, there is a tender in place, and they are now looking for an experienced manager to help mobilise and grow the service.

As Care Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead and support the staff team, ensure safe and person-centred care, and maintain high standards of documentation, compliance and safeguarding. You will work closely with the owner on service development, quality assurance and building strong relationships with commissioners and external professionals.

We are looking for someone with previous management experience in Supported Living or similar services, confident knowledge of CQC/Supported Living requirements, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A relevant Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.

This is a full-time role, based in Manchester.
