Manchester City Council is seeking a Registered Manager to lead Disability Supported Accommodation and Short Breaks services. You will ensure safe, person-centred support, compliance, and continuous improvement while developing staff and maintaining strong partnerships with families, professionals and local authorities.

Role involves strategic oversight of service delivery, risk management and performance reporting to meet CQC standards, with a 35-hour week and on-site working arrangement.

Competenze

• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Extensive safeguarding, regulatory knowledge and quality standards.
• Experience building partnerships with families, professionals and external agencies.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with willingness to progress to NVQ Level 4/5 and Registered Manager Award.
