Role Overview

The successful candidate will take on increasing responsibility for the business, with guidance and support, and gradually assume full leadership. This is a hands‑on role, blending operational oversight, design involvement, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting the development and execution of the company’s strategy and business growth.
• Overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and within budget.
• Providing technical design input, including HVAC system design and AutoCAD drawings.
• Assisting with financial management, including monitoring budgets, project costs, and profitability.
• Leading and mentoring a small team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to support business development.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety practices.
