Strategic Partnerships Manager – UK (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: London, UK

Duration: 12 Months

About the Role

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth through high-impact partnerships in the UK market. You’ll take ownership of the entire partner lifecycle — from identifying and securing new partners to managing and scaling ongoing relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full partner journey — Source, sign, and manage strategic partners that drive UK growth.
  • Build and nurture high-value partnerships — Work with major players like banks, telecoms, trade associations, third-party sales orgs, and software/service providers.
  • Deliver results — Your performance will be measured by partner ecosystem growth, new customer acquisition, and lead sharing outcomes.
  • Align with company strategy — Champion the client’s brand, mission, and product ecosystem in every partnership.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships — From negotiation and project execution to joint marketing, enablement, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Legal, and more.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or third-party sales, with a strong track record in signing new deals.
  • Strong analytical thinking — Confident assessing opportunities across brand, finance, and operations.
  • Visionary mindset — You're forward-thinking, purpose-driven, and not afraid to push boundaries.
  • Trusted relationship builder — You've worked with senior leaders and know how to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Project management skills — You set clear goals, manage milestones, and deliver results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management — Proven experience engaging with internal and external senior leaders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — Skilled in leading initiatives across diverse global teams.
