Eucalyptus is the company behind “Juniper,” one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with tailored nutrition and exercise programs, supported by a multidisciplinary care team including prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses, and pharmacists.

Our clinical research shows that our approach to weight management and lifestyle change results in patients being 4x more likely to lose significant weight through their treatment course with Juniper.

Since launching, we’ve grown rapidly to support millions of patients. In 2024 alone, we:

  • Grew from 5,000 to approximately 30,000 patients in the UK, received NICE endorsement for our holistic obesity management approach, and expanded our team from 45 to 165.
  • Grew revenue by over 120% YoY, reduced cash burn by 90% YoY, and increased valuation to over $500M USD, raising over $100M USD from global investors like BOND, NewView, Blackbird, and Airtree.

About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

As a Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will be key in unlocking new revenue streams and building a scalable partner ecosystem from the ground up.

Working with the CCO, you’ll source, cultivate, and shape relationships with influential people, innovative brands, and leading companies across marketing, product experience, expertise, and strategic value areas. We seek someone with a unique blend of commercial acumen, creativity, and a strong bias to action.

This is a new capability for our UK team, offering a rare opportunity to define how partnerships will fuel our next phase of global expansion.

This Includes

Partnership Strategy & Development
  • Define the strategic vision for Eucalyptus' UK partnerships, identifying key verticals and developing a prioritisation framework aligned with company strategy.
  • Establish criteria for evaluating potential partners, including inbound opportunities.
  • Develop success metrics for the partnership function, including revenue targets.
  • Determine necessary investments (resources, tools) to build and scale partnership capabilities.
  • Create processes for managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from outreach to ongoing management.
Partnership Sourcing, Relationship Management, and Deal Execution
  • Identify and proactively source high-value partnerships, driving new connections and opportunities.
  • Build relationships to generate mutual benefits.
  • Lead complex negotiations for multi-million-pound deals, articulating business cases and expected returns to executives.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships aligned with business goals.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership integration.
  • Guide and coach team members in partnership development and management.
  • Build a high-performing partnership team over time.

  • Proven experience in expanding into new verticals and markets within fast-growing companies.
  • Understanding of marketing investments to drive customer acquisition.

  • Proactive, results-oriented leadership style with a focus on ownership and impact.
