Job summary

Rockfish is seeking a Manager in Training at its Sidmouth restaurant to join a high-energy, culture-led team on the coast. You will support the General Manager by coaching and leading the team, ensuring service excellence and care for guests.

With at least one year's Server or Supervisor experience, you will thrive on flexible hours, oversee alcohol service, and benefit from a structured training plan and opportunities for progression within Rockfish.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience as a Server or Supervisor in a similar restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment that inspires the team to care about what they do.
• Coach and develop the team to fulfil their full potential and embrace core values: Care, Community and Connection.
• Assist with supervising the serving of alcohol and maintaining service standards.

The Role

As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.

You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, 'Care, Community and Connection'.

As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.

Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.

You will be required to have at least one years' experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it's at its busiest.
