The Day-to-Day

• Lead multiple client-facing and internal research projects
• Guide and coach a team of analysts and associates
• Work closely with sector leads and commercial teams to deliver high-impact outputs
• Shape project structures, improve delivery processes, and build new client offerings
• Occasionally dip into the detail on smaller projects—but your main focus is people and performance

The Ideal Candidate

You're a confident manager with:

• 5+ years in research or consulting
• 3+ years leading teams and projects
• Strong quant skills and commercial awareness
• The ability to inspire, support and challenge a team
• A calm, clear communicator who can manage clients and internal stakeholders
