What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for an Account Director - Banking to join our growing team.

Day to Day You’ll Be:
  • Achieve an annual revenue target within the Banking sector
  • Produce professional and compelling material to support sales pitches
  • Lead and manage the sales process, bringing in additional resources as needed
  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts to stay informed about the market, clients, and competitors
  • Manage one high-profile Banking account, mainly in the south, representing significant revenue and diverse needs
  • Become a subject matter expert on the account, including financials, products/services, and market needs
  • Negotiate and manage contracts between TransUnion and client organizations
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Manage and develop relationships for strategic or large complex accounts to meet revenue targets
  • Identify market opportunities for new products and solutions, build business cases, and champion development
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in client-facing, strategic sales roles or selling complex solutions in a full cycle environment
  • Expertise in managing the full sales process
  • Drive and enthusiasm to manage your own account book
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills internally and externally
  • Proven ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
  • Understanding of working in a regulated environment
  • Full UK driving license for occasional travel
