Job Description:

What's it all about?

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Issuing Solutions team in Value Added Services (VAS), focusing on Everyday Banking and Lending solutions. The role involves envisioning the evolution of our solutions and driving growth through strong commercial strategies.

You will be accountable for solutions that help financial institutions improve customer service for banking and lending needs, including Tink’s lending solutions, high-growth network products, and future global solutions. You will support revenue growth, assess expansion opportunities, and develop value propositions, competitor analysis, and go-to-market plans.

You will collaborate closely with sales, sales engineering, VAS cluster leads, and global teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and are market-ready in Europe.

Responsibilities cover all European markets and require collaboration with sales and global teams.

What we expect of you, day to day:
  • Subject matter expert for VAS Issuing solutions related to Everyday Banking and Lending, focusing on non-carded payments and frictionless onboarding
  • Innovate in E2E Lending journeys, improving underwriting and credit risk assessment
  • Support market analysis, customer insights, and feature development
  • Create value propositions for account-to-account payments, assessing feasibility and viability
  • Identify new client verticals for scaling tink payments and data products
  • Identify opportunities for solution improvements based on client needs and market conditions
  • Represent customer voice internally to inform decision-making
  • Identify and develop opportunities across Visa’s platforms and acquired entities
  • Manage product lifecycle in Europe, influencing product roadmaps and innovations
  • Report key metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Develop training materials and support sales efforts
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external audiences
  • Support leadership priorities and adapt to evolving needs

This is a hybrid position with in-office days to be confirmed.

Qualifications:
  • Mid-level experience in payments product management or related tech roles
  • Experience with client discussions, lateral thinking, and issue resolution
  • Solid understanding of Open Banking technology, AISPs, PISPs
  • Knowledge of banking products and end-to-end payment and lending journeys
  • Understanding of credit and lending for consumers and SMEs
  • Ownership mindset, able to overcome challenges quickly
  • Familiarity with digital issuing, payment processing, core banking, and APIs
  • Industry knowledge of FinTechs and solution providers
  • Curious, inquisitive, and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong analytical and market input translation skills
  • Ability to scale and distribute products within a tech company
  • Comfort with change and driving efficiencies
  • Prioritize solutions for commercial and strategic benefits
