• Lead multiple client-facing and internal research projects
• Guide and coach a team of analysts and associates
• Work closely with sector leads and commercial teams to deliver high-impact outputs
• Shape project structures, improve delivery processes, and build new client offerings
• Occasionally dip into the detail on smaller projects—but your main focus is people and performance
