About the role

We seek an experienced product marketer to expand FintechOS’s mission across verticals and use cases. You will lead product marketing for the banking practice, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to share insights, align strategies, and ensure the right products reach the right audiences. You will also work with Product teams to align our roadmap with evolving customer needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our banking customers’ challenges, market dynamics, vertical markets, and competition in regions where FintechOS operates.
  • Lead interactions with analysts, including briefings and inquiries.
  • Define high-impact use cases, target segments, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and value propositions to create repeatable sales and marketing strategies.
  • Validate hypotheses through customer interviews, data analysis, and testing.
  • Create Go-To-Market strategies and plans, collaborating with regional marketing directors, sales, pre-sales, professional services, and product management.
  • Develop materials and tools to support sales efforts, including whitepapers, presentations, guides, videos, case studies, blog posts, e-books, infographics, webinars, and datasheets.
  • Work with sales and product teams to explore new market segments, scenarios, use cases, and influence product roadmap decisions.

What you’ll have:

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B product marketing experience within the banking industry or platform solution marketing.
  • Experience in positioning, messaging, and marketing complex platform products.
  • Understanding of the technology landscape, leveraging market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Ability to drive product launches and formulate B2B go-to-market strategies.
  • A strategic yet pragmatic mindset, capable of managing multiple projects with flexibility and creativity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
