Job summary

Benugo Limited in Southampton is seeking a hands-on hospitality team member to support daily operations during service and uphold the highest guest experience standards. You will resolve guest concerns calmly, upsell when appropriate, and maintain product knowledge of food and beverages.

• Support daily operations, being hands-on during service.
• Resolve guest complaints calmly and promptly.
• Ensure team delivers a great guest experience and upsells when possible.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
• Lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering inclusivity and development.
• Maintain accurate records of Health & Safety, Food Safety and orders.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Attend all training and development courses as requested.
• Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.

• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
