Job summary

John Lewis is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily operations and be hands-on during service.

You will resolve guest complaints calmly, upsell where possible, maintain excellent product knowledge, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, health and safety.

Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring every person is valued, whilst encouraging their development.
Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
