Job summary

Benugo is seeking a customer-focused team member in Norwich to maintain high standards of service across front and back of house operations. You will work across tills, service floor, and kitchen support, ensuring cleanliness, stock control, and compliance with food safety procedures.

You will be expected to attend training, represent the brand professionally, and support promotions and product information while providing an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer experience at all times.
• Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• Organise deliveries and FIFO fridge stocking.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean working environment.
• Ensure labels and prices are correct and monitor promotions.

Job description

• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
• To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
• To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
• To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
