Job summary

John Lewis is seeking a dedicated team member to support daily operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will be hands-on during service, resolve guest questions calmly, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining product knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent guest service and handling complaints calmly.
• Ability to upsell while maintaining guest satisfaction.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety practices.
• Commitment to cleanliness and high hygiene standards.
• Willingness to attend training and develop professionally.

Job description

• To supportthe daily operations, being hands on during service.
• To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
• Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
• To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
• To seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
• Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring every person is valued, whilst encouraging their development.
• Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
• To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
• To attend all training and development course as requested.
• To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
