Job summary

schuh Rushmere is seeking a Management Trainee to join our store in Rushmere. This 37.5 hour per week role works 5 days out of 7 and offers a clear path to Deputy Manager through our comprehensive training programme.

You will learn to coach and develop your team, deliver outstanding customer service, assist in recruitment and training, and drive KPIs within our visual merchandising guidelines.

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.

• Full training will be provided for the role.

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Rushmere!

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!

About the person -

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
