Job summary

schuh in Bluewater is seeking a Management Trainee to join our busy store. This 37.5-hour role, working 5 out of 7 days, offers a clear path into leadership as you develop customer service and retail skills.

You will learn to coach your team, drive KPIs, support recruitment and training, and apply visual merchandising guidelines to deliver an outstanding high-street shopping experience. Our program provides extensive training, progression opportunities across store and Head Office, and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is advantageous.
• Full training will be provided for the role.
• Ambition to progress into leadership and Deputy Manager roles.

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Bluewater!

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!
