Job summary

schuh is seeking a Store Manager for our London Stratford store. You will lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver an exceptional shopping journey for kids and parents, setting goals and driving KPIs with a hands-on, front-line leadership style.

You will recruit, train and coach team members, ensuring product knowledge, fit and care are top priorities while maintaining exceptional store standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in customer service and/or retail is preferable.
• Full training will be provided for the role.
• Keen eye for detail and commerciality.

Responsibilities

Being a Kids Store Manager is as much to do with the newest generation as it is with their parents. By developing and motivating a knowledgeable and passionate team, you can help create a seamless shopping experience for everyone involved.

Previous management experience in customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
