Job summary

schuh is seeking a No2 Deputy Manager for our Market Street, Manchester store. This role covers 37.5 hours across 5 out of 7 days, with a focus on coaching, driving KPIs and delivering exceptional customer journeys on the high street.

You will recruit and train new talent, work alongside the Store Manager, and promote schuh's service values. Strong leadership and a passion for retail are essential, with opportunities for development across stores and Head Office.
