schuh in Inverness is seeking a supervisor for a part-time role up to 30 hours per week. You will lead the team, engage with customers, and help exceed store goals while upholding company policies. The position offers flexible hours and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional high-street shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, ambitious and ready to act as a role model in-store, with a passion for retail and footwear. Full training will be provided.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our store in Inverness.

This role is part time upto 30 hours per week.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
