Job summary

schuh in Leeds is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to help process deliveries, keep the stockroom pristine, and ensure product is available for customers. You’ll dispatch orders, handle click-and-collect, meet KPIs, and provide in depth product knowledge.

You’ll deliver excellent customer service, process payments and reservations, manage stock and merchandising, and participate in opening/shutdown procedures. Training is provided and discounts await.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Full training will be provided.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stockroom Assistant to join our store in Leeds.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing

Processing new deliveries and ensuring our exciting new product is available for customers

Maintaining the highest standards possible in the stockroom

Dispatching customer orders from store and managing in store click and collect items

Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets

Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge

Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
