Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. Every team member contributes to our lasting impact, helping keep the nation's critical digital infrastructure connected and protected.

This role involves working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and interpret financial results to support decision-making. It includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing financial forecasts and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detailed, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
