Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, and support decision-making. It also includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts and reporting on cash, P&L, and balance sheet metrics.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure contracts are accurately reported and financial results are scrutinized.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
