Marshall Motor Group is seeking a Management Accountant for Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Fareham. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with leadership of a small accounts team and accountability for financial reporting.

You will produce management accounts, assist in forecasting, and handle queries on all financial matters within the dealership, while upholding professionalism and integrity across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Accountant qualification (or qualified by experience)
• Automotive retail experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to motivate and support a team while collaborating with stakeholders across the business

• Produce management accounts and assist in forecasting for the dealership.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to drive performance and informed decisions.
• Lead a small team of accounts and admin colleagues and ensure consistent processes aligned with group practices
