Marshall Motor Group is seeking a Management Accountant for Marshall Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Fareham. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with leadership of a small accounts team and accountability for financial reporting.

You will produce management accounts, assist in forecasting, and handle queries on all financial matters within the dealership, while upholding professionalism and integrity across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Accountant qualification (or qualified by experience)
• Automotive retail experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to motivate and support a team while collaborating with stakeholders across the business

In this role:

• You’ll support the dealership leadership team with accurate and timely financial reporting, helping to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.
• You’ll produce management accounts, assist in forecasting, and handle queries on all financial matters within the dealership.
• You’ll also lead a small team of accounts and admin colleagues, ensuring a high standard of work and consistent processes that align with divisional and group practices.

We're looking for:

• Someone with an accountant qualification (or qualified by experience), ideally with a background in automotive retail – though this is not essential.
• Someone with strong attention to detail, who can work independently and confidently take ownership of day-to-day finance activities.
• Someone who can motivate and support their team while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business.
• Most importantly, someone who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and upholding the values of professionalism and integrity.
