Job summary

APC Overnight is hiring a proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team in Cannock. You will support the Finance Manager with daily financial analysis and reporting, producing weekly and monthly management accounts, KPI insights and balance sheet oversight.

The role requires part-qualification in ACCA or CIMA, a solid grasp of financial reporting, and advanced Excel skills. This hybrid position offers office-based work four days a week with one remote day, and opportunities for

• Relevant experience: solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting.

• Excel: advanced skills in Excel for reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly analysis reports.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet).
• Produce variance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial insights.
• Work around accruals, journals, general ledger, and KPI reporting.
• Take charge of balance sheet, stock control, fixed fleet costs, and capital expenditure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, office based 4 days & remote 1 day
