Raven Housing Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Managed Schemes Manager to act as the single point of contact between property owners and Raven for all managed schemes under management contracts. You will oversee contract terms, respond to queries, and coordinate internal teams to ensure performance against contractual requirements.

The overall purpose of this role is to act as the single point of contact between property owners and Raven for all managed schemes delivered under management contracts, ensuring clear communication, escalation and oversight of performance against contractual requirements.
The role provides subject matter expertise on contract terms, coordinating internal teams to respond to queries, share contract-related communications (including Osprey BRI schemes), and ensure consistent adherence across all schemes.
It is responsible for monitoring contract performance, producing accurate and timely reporting for property owners, working closely with finance and operational teams, and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and compliance issues to drive timely resolution.
