Job summary

Flotek Group Limited is seeking a Managed Print Engineer to join our installation and service team. You will deliver professional print solutions, maintain service benchmarks, and identify process improvements for partner sites.

You will work with the Managed Print Service Manager, troubleshoot issues, train end users, and document handovers to support teams. Travel across the UK and full UK driving licence are required; salary ranges depend on experience.

Qualifications

Experience in a managed print delivery / service role in a technology business.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
Strong fault diagnosis and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
Willingness to travel to partner sites across the UK and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Report to the Managed Print Service Manager and stay updated on Flotek technologies.
Deliver managed print installation projects on time and within budget.
Communicate with clients and internal project managers; provide world-class service.
Troubleshoot remotely and on-site; create and maintain project documentation.
Provide product training to end users and internal teams; mentor junior engineers.
