Job summary

Flotek Group in Cardiff, Wales is seeking a full-time Managed Print Engineer to join our print installation and service team. You will deliver professional print solutions, maintain service benchmarks, and identify process improvements while traveling to partner sites across the UK.

You will collaborate with the Managed Print Service Manager, diagnose faults, and provide training to end users. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours and a company van after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed print delivery or service role in a tech business.
• Experience using a CRM to log installation/service notes.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Report to the Managed Print Service Manager
• Stay updated on industry trends and Flotek technologies
• Provide world-class service at all times
• Deliver installation projects on time and within budget
• Communicate with clients and internal project managers
• Hands-on and remote technical troubleshooting
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation for handover
• Deliver product training to end users and internally
• Install 3rd party software on partner PC/server devices
• Ensure print management reporting apps work at partner sites
• Mentor and support the growth of aspiring Managed Print Engineers
