Job summary

Flotek Group in Cardiff, UK, is seeking a Managed Print Engineer to join our print installation and service team. You will deliver professional print solutions, maintain service benchmarks, and identify opportunities for process improvements while collaborating with the Managed Print Service Manager.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong client communication, and the ability to travel to partner sites across the UK.

Qualifications

Experience delivering managed print services in a technology business.
Ability to diagnose faults accurately and efficiently.
Experience using a CRM to log installation and service notes.
Willingness to travel to partner sites across the UK.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Report to the Managed Print Service Manager and stay updated on Flotek technologies.
Deliver Managed Print installation projects on time and within budget.
Communicate with clients and internal project managers.
Troubleshoot technically both on-site and remotely.
Create and maintain project documentation for handover to support teams.
Deliver product training to end users and internal staff.
Install 3rd party software on partner PCs/servers.
Ensure print management reporting applications function effectively at partner sites.
Mentor and support growth of junior Managed Print Engineers.
