Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support across Production Print equipment in Gloucestershire. You will deliver maintenance, repair and installations, minimise downtime and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.

The role requires strong fault‑finding skills, diagnostic tool use, IT literacy and excellent communication. You will work on a 4‑week shift cycle with a salary up to £50,000, plus a bonus, shift allowance and a

Qualifications

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions.
IT literacy and basic networking capabilities.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with Production Print and/or Industrial Print devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical service, maintenance and repair across Production Print equipment.
Carry out installations and de-installations, ensuring milestones are met.
Keep customers updated on progress and provide a positive service experience.
Escalate technical issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for additional services or revenue on customer sites.
Build strong customer relationships.
Manage and maintain vehicle stock.
