Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Help users stay safe and protect welfare from abuse where possible.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, hygiene and healthcare as needed.
• Act as informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record issues related to care and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
