Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join our Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible.

We offer development through e-learning, training, and tailored plans. Roles include a £13.20 hourly rate (42 hours/week) with a pro rata annual salary and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. Sponsorship cannot be provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months working within care.
• Ability to remain positive on challenging days.
• Willingness to support colleagues and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Help service users stay safe and safeguarded.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care as needed.
• Be an informal contact for family and social workers within the service circle.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and welfare of others.
